North Campus Residence
Humber North is a complete community with everything you need right on campus. The Residence is located by the scenic Humber Arboretum and features three interlinked residence buildings with rooms for over 1,000 students. On site facilities include the Library, Media Services, Athletic facilities, Bookstore, Pub, computer labs, clubs and food service locations to satisfy everyone.

The Woodbine Mall with movie theatre, a large grocery chain store, and restaurants are within walking distance of the residence.
Humber's North Campus has two buildings with the traditional Single Room Style of accommodation and one building with Suite Style accommodation.
Lakeshore Campus Residence
West of downtown Toronto, the Lakeshore Campus combines attractive lakefront parkland and bike paths with historic buildings. High-tech classrooms, computer labs, Athletic facilities, library and food service outlets are right on campus.

Restaurants, pubs, grocery and convenience stores are located within walking distance from the Residence. Major movie theatres and the Sherway Gardens Shopping Mall are a short bus ride away. Downtown Toronto is just a 20 minute drive or 40 minute bus ride away.
Humber’s Lakeshore Campus accommodations provide suite style rooms for 427 students.
