• Returning Residents (residents who are currently living in residence)
• Returning Students who have not lived in Residence
• International Students who have been approved into a program
• E.A.P (English Academic Program) Students
• Students interested in living at Residence for one semester  (to complete their program)
• Summer Students (we accept students with a student card from any post-secondary institution who wishes  to live at Humber Residences
