Suite Style: At Lakeshore Campus we have a suite style residence. This is an apartment style setting with two rooms in each area. Each resident will have a double bed, desk with chair, internet, phone with voice mail, and ample closet space. You and your roommate will share a kitchen with a sink, microwave and full size fridge, a standard size washroom with stand-up shower and dining area with tables and chairs. Once accepted, you may choose your roommate or fill out a roommate preference form and a roommate will be chosen for you. There is no guarantee that we can fulfill your request. This is based on room availability.
* If you live in residence from April 29th to August 20th, 2013, and pre-pay your entire residence fees, the fee is: $2376, and will save you $384 over the summer instead of paying for each individual summer EAP session in residence.
** Paying for a full academic year between August 25, 2013 – April 26, 2014 is $9260 based on a regular meal plan. This is a total of 4 levels and will save you approximately $360 over the full academic year instead of paying for each individual EAP session in residence.
1. All deposits are non-refundable.
2. A mandatory dining plan is required to live in Residence from August 25 2013 – April 26, 2014. Please contact 416-675-5067 or email firstname.lastname@example.org for rates and information regarding a larger dining plan. The 'dining plans' are exempt from PST and GST and the plans are intended to allow students to select from a variety of menu options at various locations throughout the day or evening.
3. EAP students may move into residence one calendar day before their EAP session begins and must move out of residence one calendar day after the session ends, as in many cases the same room must be cleaned and prepared for incoming EAP students whose session starts immediately following. In rare cases, the Residence is able to accommodate earlier arrivals, however in most cases students who arrive earlier than one day prior to the start of their EAP session must find alternative accommodations, such as at a hotel.
