This application form is valid only for students with a valid current year Student Card from any institution who wants to live at Humber Residences for the Summer 2013. This includes students who just completed an academic year or graduated in April of 2013. The discounted Prepaid Rent rate is only available if you submit your full payment before April 19, 2013. Suites are based on availability.

The pre-paid rates of $1980 (traditional single style) and $2376 (suite style) are based on the full term from May 2 2013 to August 21 2013 (NOON). Any refund due to early move-out will be pro-rated and based on the higher monthly rate.
Cancellations must be made on line, seven days in advance of your arrival or a $100 fee will apply.
OSAP students do not qualify for the Full Summer "pre-paid rate".
Once your application has been received, a letter will be sent notifying you of your acceptance. Room assignments will not be made until the pre-paid rent is paid in full OR the first month's rent is paid.
Students who are currently enrolled in a program that extends past May 2nd and need to remain in residence MUST complete an extension form by April 15th (available on line as of March 1 2013). Due to construction and incoming conference groups, space may not be available. If students need to live at residence for more than two weeks a Summer Application Form must be completed and the monthly rate will apply.

Residence Dining Plan

During the summer months, dining plans are not required as a condition of living in residence. There will be limited dining options available during this time.
